Avoid creating multiple accounts for yourself.  Write down your only account\/apple ID name and password on paper if you think you might forget it, and always use this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Financial transactions<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>All of your financial transactions are with <strong>Apple<\/strong> or <strong>Google<\/strong>.  (You can verify this by looking at your bank account statements.)  These 2 businesses act as the &#8216;middle-man&#8217; between developers and App Store \/ Google Play customers.  <strong>Credit card details<\/strong> are seen only by Apple or Google, depending on if you have an iPhone\/iPad or Android device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">App subscription &amp; others<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All users<\/strong> of <em>Australian Geology Travel Maps<\/em>\u00a0<strong>must have the<\/strong> <strong>App subscription<\/strong>.\u00a0 This provides all the functionalities of the app, plus geology maps,\u00a0 resource overlays and data layers.\u00a0 All other subscriptions are <strong>additional<\/strong> to the App subscription.\u00a0 The App subscription has a 1-week free trial period.<br><br>The <strong>WA prospector<\/strong> subscription gives access to the maps &#8211; &#8216;<em>WA current tenements<\/em>&#8216;, &#8216;<em>WA gold deposits&#8217;<\/em>, &#8216;<em>WA minexpl holes&#8217;,<\/em> &#8216;WA<em> graticular blocks&#8217; and &#8216;WA topographic&#8217; &#8211;<\/em> and the menu options &#8211; &#8216;<em>Display selected WA leases<\/em>&#8216; and &#8216;Download WA abandoned mines&#8217;.\u00a0 The subscription has a 1-week free trial period.<br><br>The <strong>QLD gold<\/strong>, <strong>NSW gold<\/strong> and <strong>VIC gold<\/strong> subscriptions give access to the gold maps for those 3 states.\u00a0 Subscriptions have a 1-week free trial period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">List and cancel your subscriptions<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Within your <em>Trilobite Solutions app<\/em> ..\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>tap the <strong>menu<\/strong> icon (3 bars)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tap &#8216;<strong><em>Manage subscriptions<\/em><\/strong>&#8216;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>within<\/strong> the 1-week free trial, if you <strong>cancel <\/strong>the subscription you will not be charged, and the trial will still function until the end of the week<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>beyond<\/strong> the 1-week free trial, if you <strong>cancel<\/strong> the subscription, it will no longer auto-renew, but the subscription will still function until the end of the year that you have paid for.  The status will change from &#8216;<strong>Renews at<\/strong> ..&#8217; to &#8216;<strong>Expires at <\/strong>..&#8217;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Android vs Apple subscriptions<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Your <em><i>Trilobite app<\/i><\/em> is available on two different systems &#8211; <strong>App Store<\/strong>&nbsp; (for iPhones &amp; iPads) and <strong>Google Play<\/strong> (for Android phones &amp; tablets) .&nbsp; Your subscriptions cover all of your Apple devices, or all of your Android devices.&nbsp; Subscriptions <strong>do not span both systems<\/strong>, though.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Subscriptions<\/strong> are <strong>not transferable<\/strong> between the<strong> App Store<\/strong> and <strong>Google Play<\/strong>, so if you are planning on changing your phone\/tablet from Android to Apple or vice versa, you need to cancel your current subscriptions.&nbsp; Change over towards the end of your subscription period to get maximum use from it, because there is <strong>no refund<\/strong> for the unused portion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Install app on your second device<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Android<\/mark><\/strong>:&nbsp; install your <em>Trilobite Solutions<\/em> app on your second Android device (phone or tablet).&nbsp; When you first run the app, it will recognise your purchased subscriptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Apple<\/mark><\/strong>:&nbsp;&nbsp;install your <em>Trilobite Solutions<\/em> app on your second Apple device (iPhone or iPad).&nbsp; Run the app, and tap the <strong>menu<\/strong> icon (3 bars), then tap &#8216;<strong>Restore purchases<\/strong>&#8216;.&nbsp; The app will now recognise your purchased subscriptions.&nbsp; If you purchase another subscription on your other device, you might need to run &#8216;Restore purchases&#8217; again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maps you have downloaded<\/strong> on your first device will <strong>not appear<\/strong> on your second device.&nbsp; You need to download the required maps to your second device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trails and locations<\/strong> that you have created on your first device will <strong>not appear<\/strong> on the second device.&nbsp; if you are changing from an Android phone\/tablet to an iPhone\/iPad or vice versa<br>&#8211; if you wish to not use <i>the Trilobite app<\/i>&nbsp;after your current subscription ends<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When would you<strong> not cancel<\/strong>&nbsp;a subscription?<br>If you intend to use <i>the Trilobite app<\/i>&nbsp;beyond your current subscription year<em>,<\/em> particularly if you might be in a remote area at the time of the subscription expiry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does <strong>uninstalling<\/strong> <i>the Trilobite app<\/i>&nbsp;<strong>cancel<\/strong> your<strong> subscriptions<\/strong>?<em><br><\/em><strong>No.<\/strong>&nbsp;
