GoldFinder provides a web app where you can search for gold bearing ground in Western Australia. Open up the GoldFinder map, zoom into an area and check for high value gold analyses indicated by the heat map style colour scheme. You can do your research at home or your office, and mark the locations to target when you are in the field.
While you are using the GoldFinder system, create a token for the Trilobite app. View the map at map.goldfinder.net.au, tap the menu icon (3 horizontal bars), then ‘Account‘ and ‘Account settings‘ and scroll down to find the Trilobite export token field. Create a token and copy it to your clipboard.
In the Trilobite app, tap ‘Manage downloads‘, scroll down to the GoldFinder logo in the Western Australia section, tap ‘List’ and paste in your token when prompted. You can now download an offline map with the GoldFinder data and your target locations for use in the field.
